Lifting This was not the lifting procedure I had researched myself, but I switched to the one the manager told me to trust. Still, I did not feel even a subtle change that only I could notice. The director also examined me carefully, and lifting is not a procedure where you can easily expect results from one session, so I did not expect much.
Lip filler This was the procedure I was most looking forward to, so I paid extra for a better filler, but the lip shape was visibly uneven from right after the treatment. I waited because they said it would get better with time, but it stayed the same. In the end, I never got the pretty lips I wanted, and I had to dissolve it, wasting the money; even then, it did not fully dissolve, so it is still there years later.
Overall The director chatted with other staff during the procedure, but he was kind and meticulous. I am not really sure about the manager's expertise.
