I went for a consultation because they were having an event, but I went at a time when there were a lot of people, so there was some waiting, but everyone was kind so I got through the consultation with no complaints lol They have a really wide variety of treatments, not just Botox, so after reading a few more reviews I am thinking about getting another consultation somewhere else too.
