After checking in at the desk with a QR code, I sat and waited until they called me. I had a one-on-one consultation with a staff member and was waiting when the staff member tried to talk to me, maybe to help me relax. There was no numbing cream, only an ice roller. The doctor was also very kind, and gave me a signal every time the injection was about to go in. Since it was going into the nose, it really, really hurt a lot. I teared up a little. For a procedure that was not very effective compared with the pain, the Botox only worked on one nostril and then wore off after 1 to 2 months.
