I had it done before the price increase, and I showed them photos of the shape I wanted. They took that into account and did the procedure to fit my lip shape. Seeing the filler during the procedure was reassuring, and when I went back for a touch-up, they also released the clumping. They did not put in too much, which I liked. When they applied the anesthetic cream, they rubbed it with a cotton swab, so it absorbed better than just putting it on, and it did hurt, but it was manageable.
