I consulted about my upper arms, and they said doing it three or four times would be more effective than doing it just once. They did not try to push me into paying for multiple sessions at once. Still, since the recommended interval is once a week, it did not seem very different from paying all at once anyway, so I am thinking of paying for everything at once next time and doing it then.
