The consultation manager and the director were thorough and kind during the consultation. I went in for an eye surgery consultation, and they said my double eyelids were pretty, so instead of double-eyelid surgery they recommended a brow lift. I liked that they did not recommend surgeries that were not necessary, but since this seems to be a hospital more famous for lip fillers and corner-of-mouth procedures than surgery, I left after just the consultation, planning to look into it more before booking.
