This clinic is fairly old in this area, and the doctor has a lot of experience. There were one or two people around me who had surgery there, so I went for a consultation trusting that. But I was quite shocked that the manager was a young woman who was very rude and had an aggressive tone. I wasn't acting difficult or anything; I just said I was scared because I was timid, and she told me not to do it if I was sensitive. The doctor's consultation was also, maybe because of the experience, somewhat rough in explanation. When I asked about the parts I was curious about, he answered in a way that felt really impatient. Honestly, I wondered whether he was only like that with me or if that's just how he is in general.. Even if the surgery is good, because of that bad memory I really don't want to go there.
