I had nose surgery on August 24, 2022. The doctor examined my thin skin and explained that they would do the surgery at a low height using silicone and septal cartilage. I said I did not want it tall, just natural and suited to my face, and asked them to make it so the silicone would not show. Near the end of the surgery, they told me that 4 mm had been placed. During surgery, they kept asking whether I was okay and explained things well. Up to that point it was good, but now, two months later, one nostril is lying down. The left side of my nose has completely collapsed. The bridge between my eyes and the bridge of my nose are way too high. The silicone is showing too much.
