My arms are indented, sagging, and a total mess. Who asked you to make bone arms? No, they are not even bone arms, and the area near the elbows looks like clubs because not enough fat was removed. haha Both arms have depressions and indentations, and there is discoloration. Balance with the forearm? I can forget about that. I am currently preparing for fat grafting and an armpit lift. For reference, at the time of surgery it was 2019, I was 23 years old, in my early 20s, and I was not even severely obese at 164 cm and 55 kg.
