They take in too many patients, so everyone is incredibly chaotic and it felt like a factory. I don’t know about other dermatology clinics, but it felt sloppy... and the hygiene was pretty bad, which made me uncomfortable. For example, the sponge they used to wipe my face smelled bad.. The Aqua Peel was good because the specialist was a nice person and did it carefully and well. For simple maintenance-type peels or hydration care, it would be fine, but for procedures like lasers or lifting, I’d probably go to a proper private clinic.
