There is basically no real consultation; if you say you want Botox, they talk for less than a minute and then go straight into the procedure. Since it is a factory-style clinic, it is busy, so I do not think you should expect kindness or anything like that, and it seems like a good place to go only if you want a cheap procedure. There are several branches, so you can just go to the one near your house.
