Self-wash - apply peeling agent - self-wash - inflammation injection - extraction - regenerative laser (infrared?) - cryo - mask pack First of all, the staff are disorganized, not meticulous, and busy. They apply the peeling agent so it runs down behind the ears and don't even wipe it off. While they were using the regenerative laser, they suddenly took it away because they got the order mixed up and abruptly started extraction. I have had extractions done at other places once or twice, but this was really... I couldn't tell if they were doing it properly;; They also just slapped on the mask pack carelessly. I went because I needed the inflammation injection and they were open late, but I don't think I'll go again. The treatment room is just a chicken coop, like at any other factory-style dermatology clinic.
