I heard there was a way to do philtrum reduction with dissolvable threads, so I went for a consultation. I was told that doing only the philtrum reduction thread would be less effective than doing it together with a lip filler package. But doing both was more expensive than I expected, so I said I felt financially burdened, and they told me that in that case, trying the lip filler package first would be more effective than philtrum reduction thread lifting. So I got it done, but it swelled up a lot, and instead of making my philtrum look shorter, it just gave me a duck mouth, so I thought my original look was better and had it dissolved right away. And they took way too many before-and-after photos, which was exhausting....
