The first time I got it, I definitely felt much slimmer, but there was a slight hollowing of the cheeks and some sagging. The second time, there wasn't really any dramatic effect. I got 100 units, but... I think because they kept injecting only the same spot (the chin tip), other muscles compensated and grew, so the muscles in front of the chin and the cheekbone muscles got bigger. So I asked them to place it a bit farther forward, but they said that would be dangerous because of the nerves. Still, even at the end, it was too much at the back of the chin.
