They promote it as a semi-permanent makeup discount, but once you add things, the price becomes three times higher. They said I could not get the discounted price because I did not have enough eyebrow hair. Also, it was really hard to book a touch-up appointment, and I had to wait two hours longer than my reservation time before getting the procedure... The eyebrows were not too bad in their own way, but they became thin very quickly T_T
