A friend of mine had it done and it turned out pretty, so I went after their recommendation. The consultation was just so-so, but the person who did the semi-permanent procedure was incredibly kind. I have quite a lot of eyebrow hair, and when they tidied it up and shaped it, they explained everything in detail. Since it's done by a person and not a machine, both sides turned out uneven, but when I mentioned it at the touch-up, they corrected it again. I went because of a recommendation, but I was very worried; it came out well. People around me also asked about it, and I went and had it done.
