The eyeliner I got 4 years ago is still fairly dark, and the eyebrow work faded faster than I expected, but it lasted about a year and a half. The director was decent, but maybe because there were so many people, the staff were a little unfriendly. Still, honestly, I think satisfaction with the procedure matters more than staff friendliness, so I was satisfied.
