I had not looked into eyebrow semi-permanent makeup carefully before getting it done, but here the result turns out completely different depending on the person who does the procedure. Mine was average here, but the friend I went with really got it ruined... and there is also a friend nearby who turned out really well after getting it done here. The result is a gamble. The doctor comes in and does the procedure for about 30 seconds.. but it is not the doctor's problem, so I hope you know in advance that the result can be completely different depending on the person doing the procedure.
