There is not an overwhelming atmosphere like a huge hospital, but because it was newly opened recently, it felt very clean and cozy, which actually put my mind at ease. Both the manager and the director were very kind, and the director explained everything in a very gentle voice, which made me trust them. They recommended and fitted the implant size/company, etc. that suited me, and because the doctor was a woman, I did not feel awkward at all. They checked all the way to the end to make sure I had no remaining questions. I am really looking forward to the surgery result.
