This place feels like I am going to include too much of my own subjectivity, so I want to talk only about the points I thought were objectively problematic. During the consultation, the manager said, "You just saw the person who passed by a moment ago, right? Their surgery went amazingly well. I will show you," and then showed all the photos from before surgery, with the patient's full name searched and even the face visible. Protecting patient information is basic, and I think I saw other patients' photos about 6 times in that way. The moment I saw that, I felt like if I had surgery here, my photos would be exposed too, so I lost my mind within a minute of starting the consultation. The doctor's consultation also did not suit me. I am leaving this review because I think this kind of behavior must be corrected.
