The doctor has a somewhat scary(?) style, but he clearly tells you what can be done and what cannot. I think he performs surgery quite precisely. I also know the limits of my own facial bones, so when I got surgery, I roughly accepted that the line I imagined as my ideal would not come out, and 9 out of 10 parts I am satisfied with.
