Hmm, but maybe because the swelling is still there, the asymmetry is still the same, and the bone line near the sideburns is still sticking out, so the frontal effect is relatively small I also had cortical osteotomy, but I still do not know the effect of that yet. Should I have also had chin-tip reduction.. For now I plan to keep watching it, but if I expect something dramatic, that probably is not the right expectation. Still, I was not in a lot of pain while hospitalized after the surgery.
