The staff are a bit unfriendly. The consultation is only with the manager on the first visit, and after that there is no consultation at all. The doctor is fairly kind. The price is quite high, but maybe it's a change only I can notice? Still, my nose got smaller, so I like it. But there are times when it feels like they are recommending more procedures.
