Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

I’m planning to get revision surgery

When I first had it done 11 years ago, I got consultations at several places, and I had it done at a hospital that was said to be good at revision surgery too. I was satisfied and lived with it, but within the last 2 years, it feels like the length has gradually gotten shorter. It’s not severe, but it seems to be progressing little by little, so I’m going to look into revision surgery.

They say autologous costal cartilage is used a lot for revision surgery, but I’m worried about what material would be used if I used it and then needed another revision much laterㅠ Still, is autologous costal cartilage the safest? If anyone has had a successful revision for a contracted nose (shortened nose, upturned nose) without using autologous costal cartilage, please share some information
