Around 2017, I put down a deposit at Ppittangi to get nose surgery. During the consultation, they kept saying things like the nose needs to look obvious, so silicone has to be inserted by a few mm, the bone needs to be broken, the septum needs to be raised, and so on Those kinds of conversations happened.. They overtreated, but I remember the price being reasonable.. But I was too scared to go through with the nose surgery, and I got filler instead. Back then I had a bulbous nose, but they made it way too thin and sharp, so I was very dissatisfied. Still, after the filler spread out, I got a bridge between my eyes, and I've been living well with it ever since.
