The doctor smiled and adjusted things until it matched what I wanted. Even when I asked for something and said I didn't like it, he smiled and said, "Right?" ... It is hard to make the tip of the nose look good with filler and it disappears quickly, but somehow he did it well. Personally I really liked it, but the staff were not great.
