The consultation is done by the managers. The doctor who did my filler the first time was really good. But when I went for the second injection, they did not really ask about the design I wanted, and the molding was sloppy... In the end the filler gathered on one side and became lumpy. I went back twice just for molding, but even now, a month later, it still looks lumpy when I smile. I am planning to just get lip corner surgery and dissolve all the filler.
