I came for a consultation about double eyelid surgery. The doctor was kind, but he strongly recommended ptosis correction.. Even though my pupils are not severely covered by my eyelids, out of the 7 clinics I consulted, this one emphasized the need for ptosis correction the most. He told me to hold my brows up and open my eyes, and said that because I can't open my eyes well, I definitely needed it.. When talking about side effects, he made them sound like no big deal and talked as if even if overcorrection happened, it could easily be reversed; since I'd seen many posts from people suffering because of overcorrection in other cafes, I wasn't so sure... When I moved on to the consultation with the manager, it was really the worst. The words were polite, but they kept pushing other cosmetic procedures too. Even though I kept saying I didn't want it and didn't plan to do it, they kept telling me that other people also change their minds after eye surgery, that my nose would look really pretty if I did it too, and they said it several times... It just left me feeling bad.
