I had cheekbone reduction on the side and at the 45-degree angle a year ago, and at first I did not notice any difference in my face at all.. But bone surgery definitely seems to need time. As time passes, my face seems to get smaller and people who see me after a long time also say my face seems smaller. Now the jaw angle behind my ear is starting to bother me,, haha
