The consultation was extremely vague. For example, they said you would have to insert the silicone during surgery to know how high it would be. In the end, they raised my nose too high so it did not suit my face. The silicone shows through completely... The tip of my nose was the same; it was a small nose, but my nose became very large, and people kept asking why I had surgery. I do not like the shape, and on top of that, the septal cartilage fractured, so I am now looking into revision surgery.
