First of all, it is huge. The consultation area and the treatment area are separated by floor. I looked up information about the treatment before getting Botox, so my consultation was not very long. Honestly, even the person giving the consultation just repeated the same thing whenever I asked something haha. Anyway, when I went up to the treatment area, there were more people than I expected, but the waiting time for the procedure was not that long. The doctor also explained the treatment area briefly and was quite kind. What I regret is that I was very satisfied after the procedure, so I wanted to get treated by that doctor again next time, but they were not there
