I had double chin liposuction with fixation. The coordinator handled the consultation, and the director only came in briefly before surgery, so that part was disappointing. Even if you make a reservation, the wait time is still quite long. The result is satisfying, but the scar is more visible than I expected. I regret not having them fix the jawline too.
