If you want to look at double-chin liposuction and muscle-tying as a package, it seems worth going for a consultation! When you first go, the director looks at the chin fat together with you on ultrasound during the consultation. I understand that many people go in for revision surgery after double-chin liposuction, and I heard that quite a few people go back for revision after only removing the outer fat. For people who did not get much effect from salivary-gland Botox, the second stage of neck tightening is apparently common. I was recommended liposuction plus tying for now, and the consultation content was thorough, so it was good. I recommend going with a specific director in mind.
