I booked laser toning at the event price. Even though I had a reservation, I waited an hour. Then when I went in for the procedure, there were really people lying there in rows like a factory, and they were split up into people getting toning, people getting Shurink, and so on. If you got multiple procedures, after one treatment finished you would walk over and lie down, and the person there would do another procedure for you... But there was no indication that those people were specialist doctors or anything like that. From overhearing them chatting, it did not seem like they were doctors at all... I had clearly said not to touch the area under my eyes because laser toning had previously left me bruised there due to sensitivity, but I ended up bruising anyway. When I called, they said they would take care of the bruise, so I went in, waited another hour, and then got bruise care. The staff were unbelievably kind... The facility is also nice, but it feels like a factory and makes me reluctant to go back T_T
