I think Abijou is fine if you just book cheap procedures there and go get them done, haha. I use package deals or things like Botox, hair removal, and LDM when I need to go in a hurry. I got domestic Coretox or something like that, and even with hair removal nearby, it still seemed like the cheapest overall.
