I had liposuction centered on the back view and then fat grafting to the buttocks. At first, my butt really looked beautiful, but a lot of the graft did not take. I think the grafting itself was done well. I was worried because the area under the butt was sagging, but that did not improve, and the line connecting the thigh to the buttocks did not come out nicely. From the front, my thighs got slimmer so my legs look longer, but because of the area under the buttocks I am not confident about the back view in jeans, and now I go in for treatment for that area. The back waistline was shaped well, and the underarm-breast area liposuction was what I liked most. There is no visible change in the arms or bra line. It is stressful when I put on clothes. The price was adjusted well, and the director and manager were kind, but places that just touch things up as a service do not have much effect. After the liposuction, the inner thighs became too soft, so I had a Velody surgery at another hospital including the area under the butt. I think that is an unavoidable side effect of liposuction. After the lipo, I spent over 200 on revisions. It is good for removing a large volume, but I think the delicate contouring is a bit lacking. I wish I had gone with the Velody and Vaser lipo package and paid more so they could definitely handle the sagging.
