After the surgery, my nose looked pretty at first, but then it bent to the right and the nostrils became slightly uneven. Also, during the consultation, they said they would only insert silicone, but they put septal cartilage into the tip of the nose as well. And because the surgery was done with an open approach, there was some scarring left behind T_T
