The consultation manager was kind! Thanks to them, I learned a few things, and the consultation itself was comfortable and good. However, when they explained my nose, it felt like they were just listing words you would hear if someone said 'rhinoplasty.' They kept saying that if I do this and this and this, it should work, but how exactly were they going to do that... Since this is a revision surgery, that part is the most important, but they only said what they would do and not how, so I did not trust it. It felt like they could have said the same thing to anyone else.... And the cost was so low that I was surprised.
