I went in for epicanthoplasty and I do not understand why the reviews here are so good. First, the manager in charge had a very strong energy. It felt like I was having a battle of wills for the first time in a while, and she did not tell me much of anything, instead talking as if I were being difficult whenever I asked a question. The director is nice, but he does not explain the surgery method separately and is rather passive. He measured the distance between my eyebrows with a ruler and said this amount would probably be good, and if I wanted more, we could discuss it during surgery. Having the manager there during the consultation with the director was uncomfortable. I wanted to see several progress photos, but they only showed me the 1-month follow-up and said everyone is satisfied after one month, which made me distrust them.
