I'll be honest. 1. The managers explained everything very well and answered all my questions. 2. They were straightforward and candid. The price was straightforward too. I used autologous costal cartilage plus [Brand A] fit and everything for a bulbous nose, and honestly the original price should have been higher, but it was very reasonable. 3. The director could have explained things in more detail, but I had already visited other hospitals too, so I wasn't curious about angles and that sort of thing. I already knew, and the director knew that too, so they skipped it. At first they recommended an overly dramatic nose, but once they understood my needs, they immediately said let's go with a natural nose. They clearly said what couldn't be done couldn't be done, and if something looked excessive, they told me everything.
