I had revision nose surgery, correction for a bulbous nose, nostril reduction, and more with I/No/Fit, and they properly aligned the crooked silicone, so I was surprised that from the first day after surgery there was not even 1 bit of nostril asymmetry and it looked pretty. I learned around day 7 after the surgery that nostril reduction is apparently a bit of a lottery procedure, lol.. but I was glad they did it naturally and pretty without leaving a surgical scar. I really hated 11-shaped nostrils and an upturned nose, but they handled it well without any of that. My nose shape is pretty, and people around me also said the surgery went well, so I am satisfied. And before surgery, they show you a virtual simulation(?), and they made my nose even prettier than the one they showed me in advance, fitting my face.
