When I first went for a consultation, there were two women who looked a bit scary..? They seemed like people who had had a lot of cosmetic work done, so the atmosphere felt a little intimidating T_T The counselor did the first consultation, but after that the doctor handled the consultation, so it was fine. The doctor does speak pretty bluntly, but explained things in a fairly kind and thorough way, which I liked!!
