The doctor was kind and honest. When I went in for a consultation about alar reduction, he said I had a bulbous nose and that if I reduced the nostrils only the tip would be left and it would look strange, and that unless I was going to get nose surgery, I should just live with it haha I also asked about filler, and he said he personally only does fat grafting, not filler, so I liked that he has a very clear point of view
