I was too lazy to go all the way to Seoul, so I searched for a place near my home and it looked okay, so I went. I had already had double eyelid revision surgery because I ended up with a partial double fold before, so I asked them to make it as thick as possible, but they said it could turn into sausage eyes and suggested only raising it a little, so I was disappointed but said okay and made the reservation. On the way home, there was no mention of fasting!! So I was wondering what was going on, and then they said it did not matter because it was local anesthesia. Seriously, do not do local anesthesia. Leaving aside the pain, it is really hard. All the blood rushes to your head. Thanks to that, I can definitely say it was not a pay doctor or shadow doctor thing, but the price was not bad. Because it was local anesthesia, I had some bruising, and after a year it looked like beautiful eyes! Maybe not exactly that, but I was satisfied. Recently one side loosened... I had it done as an incision, yet T_T after the warranty period passed, I had it redone somewhere else lol
