I got a nose surgery because the reviews of the female surgeon's nose surgeries were good, but... well... it did not meet my expectations. She likes a glamorous style.. and prefers a semi-upturned nose. My bridge was low and my alar area was developed, so maybe that is why.. she did not say it was impossible, but I was not very satisfied with the shape of my alar area. If you are worried about the bridge of the nose and are happy with the alar shape, I recommend her.
