The head surgeon is acquainted with someone I know, so I went in for a consultation first. I have had a lot of consultations with plastic surgery clinics, and my impression was that they definitely speak with real expertise and make it clear what is possible and what is not. But that acquaintance's nose turned out very well, so honestly I do want to get it done. They said they would use donated cartilage, though, so I am a little torn. The doctor feels very credible when speaking.
