I went for a consultation about nose filler, and the manager and staff were kind. The doctor was also kind, but I didn't feel the consultation was very detailed. He mostly just looked at the shape of my nose and didn't say much. I don't think I got a very clear answer to my questions either. The facilities and environment were clean, so that was fine.
