In my early 20s, a friend told me about it and I had nose surgery while knowing nothing, but I later found out that silicone had been inserted all the way to the tip of my nose, so I'm considering a revision. My nose became higher overall, but there was no change in shape. At the time, the doctor said safety came first, so they put me under sedation, numbed my nose, woke me up, and then did the surgery. About 5 or 6 years later, I thought there was a problem with my nose, so I contacted them, and they told me to come in and treated me. Fortunately it wasn't a major problem, and the aftercare was good.
