There was no waiting time, and the director explained in detail the canthoplasty and eye-correction surgery I wanted, helped set the line well, and answered my questions carefully. The manager also gave a kind and detailed consultation, but they strongly recommended a surgery I hadn't even considered, which felt a bit burdensome.
