The height of the nose is not as important as the nasal line, and I wanted a natural straight line and to fix the blunt tip of the nose, especially the feeling that the columella and tip drop when I smile. Also, if possible, I wanted to proceed without implants. They did a CT scan here before the consultation, and they said that if the silicone were removed and the cartilage were tied together, it would become slimmer and neater than now. At the previous clinic, the explanation was completely different, which was confusing (both sounded right to me T_T haha). They said that if I do not care about increasing nose height and only want to correct the tip, it would also be possible without an implant. For the eyes, they said it would become similar to the side that has not been unfolded (it is not a pretty line, so my expectations dropped a lot T_T, but it seemed realistic). They said all the things I wanted were possible, and that when correcting the columella, they could do it so the nostrils would not show, so I hope it turns out exactly as the director said. The aftercare period is one year, and I had the feeling that ongoing follow-up would be handled well. The consultation with the manager was also good, so I paid the reservation deposit for now.
